Hours
Messages are read on business days, Monday to Friday. Replies are usually sent within three business days. Urgent legal or data-protection requests are prioritised.
What to include
- The page address or article title, if the message concerns a specific note.
- A clear description of the request (correction, access, refund, privacy right, or general question).
- For purchases or refunds, the billing email and approximate purchase date.
Common requests
Access to paid material, refunds within the stated period, factual corrections, and privacy requests under LGPD or GDPR are handled at the same address.
Corrections
Factual error reports should quote the contested passage and, where possible, cite the published source that supports the correction.
What this desk does not do
