A refund may be requested within 30 days of the purchase date for paid digital material offered by Sodium Chart.
How to request
Send a message to [email protected] from the billing email used at purchase, including the approximate purchase date and a short statement that a refund is requested.
Timing of the refund
Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider within five business days of confirmation. The date the funds appear depends on the card issuer or payment method.
Limits
Refunds apply to the purchase price paid to Sodium Chart. Fees charged independently by banks or payment apps are outside this policy. After the 30-day window, refunds are not offered except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Legal rights preserved
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law, including rights available to consumers in Brazil and in the European Economic Area.
